On July 10, at the Logistics Summer Camp organized by Kyiv Logistics School, in the "Success Stories" section, ForLogist presented a new direction of its activity - the recruitment of logistics personnel! “We have always the same dilemma when recruit the logisticians: experienced ones are expensive, and there is no one to train the inexperienced,” Diana Piloyan outlined the problem, “and the experienced logisticians often have to be trained or “broke” to the requirements of the company.” Tatyana Anufrieva is convinced that employers, not wanting to spend time on training students, thereby significantly narrow the contingent of applicants. "We approached the solution of this problem in a complex way: we select personnel, test them, complete their skills, if necessary, and only then offer them to the employer!" - added Tatyana.
